Strategic Objective​

The BizOSaaS platform aims to provide a comprehensive, AI-native SaaS ecosystem for business automation, including SEO, content generation, social media management, and business intelligence.

Implementation Architecture​

1. Intelligence Layer​

  • RAG/KAG System: Knowledge-Augmented Generation using pgvector and recursive knowledge loops.
  • Brand Persona Injection: Automated brand voice extraction and multi-platform persona adaptation.
  • Multimodal Content Pipeline: Automated generation of articles, social posts, podcasts, and video scripts.

2. Infrastructure & CI/CD​

  • Deployment: Managed via Dokploy on Docker Swarm.
  • Service Mesh: Unified networking via brain-network.
  • CI/CD: Per-service GitHub Actions for build-and-deploy cycles.
  • Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki for comprehensive monitoring.

3. Documentation & Governance​

  • Framework: Docusaurus (selected for OSS flexibility and AI extension support).
  • Automation: DocumentationAgent for auto-generating API specs and changelogs.
  • Workflow: Temporal-orchestrated document updates for continuous synchronization.

4. CRM Strategy​

  • Internal CRM: Self-hosted EspoCRM (Highly customizable, PHP/MySQL based, zero per-seat cost).
  • Client CRM: Maintained connectors for HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, Freshsales.
  • Architecture: AI Agents interact with any CRM via unified CRMPort interface.

5. CMS Strategy​

  • Internal/Brand Properties: Wagtail CMS for centralized content (bizoholic.com, thrillring.com).
  • Client Sites: SaaS platforms (Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce) integrated via Connector framework.
