Goal: From MVP to Production Stability & Growth Timeline: Q1-Q2 2026

1. Stabilization (Immediate)​

  • Infrastructure Hardening: Resolve Python dependency resolution issues in ai-service.
  • E2E Testing: Verify full onboarding flow on VPS for "Coreldove" D2C scenario.
  • DNS Automation: Finalize Cloudflare API integration for automated tenant domain provisioning.

2. Feature Depth (March 2026)​

  • Payload CMS: Fully integrate Payload 3.0 within the Next.js app to serve tenant websites.
  • CRM Data Migration: Port legacy CRM data into the new unified PostgreSQL schema.
  • E-Commerce Hub: Finalize UI for multi-channel order and inventory sync.

3. Product Expansion (Q2 2026)​

  • Domain Marketplace: Enable real domain purchases via registrar APIs (Namecheap/Cloudflare).
  • Support Ticket System: Launch AI-assisted triage for tenant support queries.
  • Advanced Analytics: Roll out "Agentic Insights" comparing cross-channel ROAS.

  • Mobile App: Native iOS/Android experience via Expo Router.
