Zoho CRM Integration Guide

Connect Zoho CRM to BizoSaaS to automate your sales pipeline and gain real-time AI insights into your revenue projections.

Prerequisites​

  1. A Zoho CRM account (Standard or above).
  2. Administrator access to your Zoho CRM.
  3. Access to the Zoho API Console.

Setup Steps​

1. Register BizoSaaS as a Client​

  • Log in to your Zoho API Console.
  • Click Add Client and select Server-based Applications.
  • Client Name: BizoSaaS Platform.
  • Homepage URL: https://bizoholic.com.
  • Authorized Redirect URI: https://api.bizoholic.com/api/auth/callback/zoho-crm.
  • Click Create.
  • Copy the Client ID and Client Secret.

2. Connect to BizoSaaS​

  • Log in to your BizoSaaS Dashboard.
  • Go to Connectors > CRM.
  • Click Add Connector and select Zoho CRM.
  • Enter your Client ID and Client Secret.
  • Click Connect with Zoho.
  • You will be redirected to Zoho to authorize our app.
  • Once completed, you will be returned to BizoSaaS.

3. Data Sync Options​

Once authenticated, BizoSaaS will sync:

  • Leads & Contacts: For automated personalization and AI prospecting.
  • Deals: Linked with your financial data for a 360-degree view.
  • Accounts: Linked with your financial data.

Troubleshooting​

  • Invalid Client ID/Secret: Ensure you are using the correct credentials from the Zoho API Console for your region (e.g., .com, .in, .eu).
  • Scope Errors: Ensure your registration includes necessary scopes (ZohoCRM.modules.all, ZohoCRM.users.all, ZohoCRM.org.all).
