SAP Business One Integration Guide

Link your SAP Business One ERP data with our platform's AI Intelligence for business analytics and forecasting.

Prerequisites​

  1. Service Layer Access: Your SAP B1 instance must have the Service Layer (SL) enabled and accessible via HTTPS.
  2. SL User Credentials: A technical user account with proper permissions within SAP B1.
  3. API URL: The base URL for your SAP B1 SL (e.g., https://your-server:50000/b1s/v1).

Setup Steps​

1. Connection Parameters​

  • Navigate to Connectors > ERP.
  • Select SAP Business One.
  • Enter your Service Layer URL, Company DB Name, Username, and Password.

2. Configure Service Layer​

Ensure that the Service Layer is reachable from the BizoSaaS infrastructure. For security, we recommend:

  • Whitelisting our platform's static IP addresses in your firewall.
  • Using a reverse proxy with SSL termination if direct access is not preferred.

3. Entity Mapping​

BizoSaaS maps SAP B1 OData entities to our internal data structure:

  • BusinessPartners → Contacts & Accounts (CRM)
  • Orders → Transactions (Analytics)
  • Items → Inventory (E-Commerce)

Advanced Integration​

Our AI Agents (e.g., Inventory Forecasting Agent) will utilize data from SAP B1 to provide:

  • Predictive stock replenishments.
  • Customer lifetime value (CLV) analysis.
  • Accounts receivable (AR) aging forecasts.
