BizOSaaS Platform — Connector Setup Guide

Connectors allow the BizOSaaS platform to integrate with external tools and services.

1. Connector Categories​

  • CRM: Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot
  • Marketing: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads
  • Communication: Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp
  • ERP: ERPNext, Django CRM
  • Payment: PayPal, WooCommerce

2. Basic Setup Steps​

  1. Navigate to Integrations in the Admin Portal.
  2. Select the connector you wish to activate.
  3. Enter the required credentials (API Keys, Client IDs, etc.).
  4. Click Test Connection.
  5. Once verified, the connector will be available for AI agents and workflows.

3. Secure Storage​

All sensitive credentials are encrypted and stored in HashiCorp Vault. The platform never stores raw API keys in the main database.

4. Troubleshooting​

  • Connection Failed: Ensure your API key has the correct scopes/permissions.
  • Sync Issues: Check the rate limits of the external service.
  • Token Expired: Re-authenticate via the UI to refresh OAuth tokens.
