  • Data Points: Email opens, website visits, and financial triggers (via Saathi AI).
  • Automation: Activities can trigger Workflow Dispatchers (e.g., auto-reaching out if a client's credit balance drops).

  • Bulk Actions: Mass tag, mass delete, or bulk industry conversion.
